Qualified Clients Criteria

Defining a Qualified Client

 

To ensure compliance with legal requirements, prevent fraud, and guarantee affiliates receive full commissions, any referred active client must meet specific qualifications.

What Qualifies as a “Qualified Active Client”?

​

A "Qualified Active Client" is defined as a unique and distinct individual referred to Mega Universe Traffic via an affiliate’s tracking link who meets the following criteria:

  • Legal Age: The client must be over the legal age of capacity as defined in their jurisdiction.

  • New Client: The individual has not previously been an active client of Mega Universe Traffic or its associated companies.

  • Location Requirements: The client is not from or residing in any Restricted Country.

  • Account and Deposit: The client registers for the company's services and makes the required minimum deposit.

  • Commission Threshold: Mega Universe Traffic has received a minimum of $30 in spreads or other commission amounts, as defined by the company.

  • Verification: The client must complete the necessary KYC (Know Your Customer) process or any other verification procedure required by the company.

  • Agreement Acceptance: The client agrees to the Client Agreement and terms as set by Mega Universe Traffic.

  • No Fraudulent Activity: The client must not be involved in any fraudulent traffic or use automated, artificial, or manipulative methods to AML Approval: The client has been reviewed and approved by the company’s Anti-Money Laundering (AML) department.

  • Other Criteria: The client must meet any additional qualification requirements that may be set by the company or its affiliates, subject to periodic changes.

 

*Note: Neither an affiliate nor any of their relatives are eligible to become qualified clients under an affiliate’s tracking link. If an affiliate or their relatives register through the tracking link, the affiliate will not be eligible to receive any commission or compensation.

Fraud Prevention and Commission Withholding

Right to Withhold Commissions
If there is any reasonable suspicion of fraud or a breach of the affiliate agreement, Mega Universe Traffic reserves the right to withhold affiliate commissions for up to 90 days. Payment will only be made after the review and investigation of the suspected fraudulent activity have been completed.
 

Fraudulent Activity and Breach of Agreement
If fraud is detected or an affiliate is found to be in breach of the agreement, Mega Universe Traffic has the right to terminate the affiliate agreement immediately. In such cases, the affiliate will not be entitled to any commissions, regardless of whether they were earned through fraudulent activity or legitimate means.
 

Commission Deductions
The company may also deduct any previously paid commissions from the affiliate’s future earnings if it is determined that those commissions were generated through fraudulent actions.
 

Further Actions
Mega Universe Traffic reserves the right to take further action against any affiliate who manipulates or abuses the affiliate program, including withholding any commissions and terminating the affiliate agreement without notice.If there is any reasonable suspicion of fraud or a breach of the affiliate agreement, Mega Universe Traffic reserves the right to withhold affiliate commissions for up to 90 days. Payment will only be made after the review and investigation of the suspected fraudulent activity have been completed.
